So I decided to dust off those beautiful shiny Nike’s that sit so adoringly amongst my shoes in my closet and go for a run this morning. and BOY did THAT feel good! Who needs the new years to get a jump start on your exercise…MAKE IT A JULY 21st DECISION. Half way through summer and I think its time to do something for yourself. So don’t do the “I want to look good for my man” or the “I want to be smaller than my friend” make yourself a healthier, happier person. Whether it is for 10 minutes a day 5 days a week. or a half hour workout, 3 days a week WORK IT OUT!! Take a kickboxing class, or a striptease class or even center yourself in some yoga classes….we ALL know we need a little bit of relaxation in our lives.

Hey All! First off, I would like to apologize for my lack of “blogging” lately! Been SOOO crazy busy around the 4th (mad fun on the beach) anywhoo…I promise to be better about my consistency. On that note. I am going to inspire you all with a lilbit of culture today. I thought I would share with you the phenomenon that is Ron Mueck. He is an australian based hyperrealist sculpturist (basically he creates extraordinarily real like sculptures). I first saw him featured at the Brooklyn Museum alongside an Annie Lebowitz exhibit and was COMPLETELY blown away by his talent and TOTALLY life-like sculptures. He does these pieces that are about 30 feet high and 50 feet long of people, ITS CRAZY!! So look him up…Ron Mueck, and check out his next exhibit in the US if you can find it! Also…if you are in need of some culture in the city of angels, make a day of beach and art by visiting the Ghetty Villa right along PCH in Malibu. Not only will you blown away by the beautiful ocean view and the architecture of the building…just wait until you get inside!
